We need lots of Hot Dogs and Buns Mike & Kellie 50 dogs and buns

Aaron 48 Hot Dogs and Buns

98 Hot dogs and buns(Desiree, Garrett,Scottie and Danielle)

Small propane BBQ ( Trudy & Jeremy)

Chips(Aaron 50 single bags)( Desiree & Garrett)
Chips 60 single bags - Ann
Paper napkins(Jeannine)
Hot Dog Foils (Keith & Char)
Paper bowls for chili Ann
Plastic utensils Ann
Lots of COLD Water - Darryl & Tiffanie
Soda -Mike & Kellie, Jeannine, (soda Ice Chest with Ice)
Condiments and such Ann

The reason soda is such a hit is because lots of the people on the street deal with addiction issues and sugar can calm those urges.

20 lbs oranges Ann
Paper towels Ann
Wet Naps Ann
Paper plates Ann

Large Black Trash Bags(Aaron)

We adopt the boy scout motto here. We always want to leave a place cleaner than we found it. It has already come to our attention that local businesses are frustrated when we pass things out, because it creates Trash , We DO NOT want to be known for that. Lets do our part.

MUSIC
If you play guitar or sing we would love to have you, it creates a great atmosphere to hang out in and people really enjoy it.

TO GO ITEMS (Tyson to go goody bags)

Individually wrapped crackers - Darryl & Tiffanie
Non perishable food, clothing, toiletry items.

Well there it is. I know it seems like a lot but I know we can pull it off with great success, He has done it before and He can make it happen again. Lets being praying over the week over all the needs.

My co-worker, Cindy, donated $20 for this event. I'll use that with other funds to buy last minute items that don't get sign ups.

Can't wait for this fun event!

Other non-perishable "to go" items, and any other clothing we can gather up.

We look forward to meeting you!

Hi! Update on the supplies. We picked up 5 cases (35 bottles per case, not 48) of water, the 4 cans of chilli, and 2 cases (45 a case) of individually wrapped crackers for "to go" snacks. Water will be cold, as we'll bring ice chests. Looking forward to meeting you all! Is there any need for "hotel-sized soaps/lotions" or toothbrushes?

Kellie and I will bring 50 plus cans of soda in a ice chest. Every one should keep in mind that we can deliver some of the goods to folks down at the mission if that is where the crowd is. See you then!

Mike and I will be bringing our folding table and our camp stove.
Do we think we should have some of the chili warm in a CROCK POT. and then we can put it in a pot on the stove when we get set up. Tiffanie is that something that you might be able to do? If not that is no problem we will figure it out when we get set up. Thanks

I am from flood... I will bring 48 hot dogs and buns and variety pack (50 single serving bags) of chips.

I will also bring some black trash bags. It would be great if we could recycle some of this stuff (but I am not sure how feasible that is).

Look forward to seeing everyone!
